1. Important: no refunds

No refunds are possible for digital products. In exceptional cases (technical errors and correctly submitted video evidence), we may offer a replacement key or account. No refunds are issued.

Once digital products have been delivered, they are irreversible and intangible. They cannot be reused or returned.

2. Video evidence in case of problems

In the event of activation or login problems, video evidence is required.
This video must show the entire process, from purchase to the error message, and must be clear and unedited.

No video evidence: no support or replacement.
With video evidence: we will assess your situation. If the problem is confirmed, we will send you a new key or a new account.

3. Check compatibility first

If your key/account is not working, please contact us immediately. Send us video evidence so we can assess whether a replacement is necessary.
